The sidewalk was not cleared for either the first storm, which left an Icy sheet, and now the second storm.

The sidewalk on the right side of High street, from Spring Street to Congress Street was not plowed. It has been walked on and is frozen, making the way a bumpy trip hazard. It is extremely difficult for any with a mobility device, Walker, wheelchair, electric wheelchair.

The areas from the sidewalk to the street are not clear

While this is private property, it is owned by an elderly couple. The building is the "Abigail O'Donnell House", circa 1801. THe graffiti is both on the High street side, and then around the corner of the walkway. Can the city Graffiti Busters, or the Opportunity crew help.?

The new owner of the property needs to learn about and follow the regulations regarding snow removal. While I would not recommend a fine for this storm. He does need to clear the snow, and spread some salt or sand on the sidewalk

The sign at the crosswalk light is broken off on the southern side of the street. It is set under the guard rail, next to the side walk there.

Pavement between street and driveway to 92 Danforth Street is broken and gone. It is difficult to use walkr there causing trip hazard from driveway.

The Brick at the corner is gone, making it difficult to pass with rolling walker. Left side of High Street, Corner af sidewalk after the intersection with Pleasant Street.

The sidewalks on both sides of Oxford Street, from the corner of Elm Street down to the Oxford Street Shelter are still not cleared at all. The homeless have to walk in the street back and forth to the shelter. Is the city responsible ?

84 High Street has again failed to read the city regulations for sidewalk. While They did try and clear about 12 to 18 inches wide for a path, it was not anywhere near wide enough. In addition, they cleared nothing from the sidewalk to pleasant street, leaving a snowbank people had to step over. See my rolling walker parked on top of the bank that should have been cleared.

Green paper him, and please clear the access for a rolling walker to use, contracting the bill out and charging him the fine again. Does the fine get greater for each violation?

Owner at 84 High street has not cleared sidewalk as required. While not as much snow, it is still there and narrow path is icy. If you can't get owner to fix, can city do it? Path is too narrow for walker, which I therefore must bring across High street between Danforth and Pleasant.
