    the "no parking" sign is broken (rusted out) and laying on the ground part of the post is still imbedded in the lawn. the printing on the sign is barely readable.

    there are two very large pot holes made by contractors for snow plowing for the city of chicopee, the pot holes look as though there are part of a drive way but are actually an extension of the street. one of the holes is around a manhole cover which is being erroded. thanking you in advance for you help in resolving this issue.
