    The light at Haynes Plaza, on Hull Street just West of Elkhardt, is poorly conceived. It isn't at all necessary, but if it must exist, is it possible to sync it with the left turn light from Hull Street Eastbound? It is not uncommon for that light to needlessly back up traffic on Hull Westbound through the Elkhardt intersection, or to turn green when no one is waiting. Thanks!
