This is an email for a very big thank you and 5 stars for what you guys did at the end of this dead end street today. I cannot thank you enough, you did a fabulous job of moving both the snow pile ice and clearing the drain blocking access to my driveway and enabling me to get in and out. Very happy:))

I know you said that someone was going to come here and resolve this, however it never happened. 2 plows, one reversing out, never came near to the end of the street and the other just turned around and left. Well, as I needed to get my car out, I had to shovel it myself, appears I did not have a choice. Nonetheless, your plow has blocked the drain and there is at least 3 inches of water covering the end of this road outside my driveway and into the centre. If this freezes, it is not going to be a good outcome. Hopefully you can at least clear the snow from the drain.

You have plowed right down the end of the dead end street where I live and blocked my driveway. Kudos to the plow driver who dropped a boulder of snow on the road too. I am now totally blocked in on both sides. Please send a plow driver here who can negotiate a slight curve and clear the road so that I can exit my driveway.

I live at the end of a dead end street. There are only 4 houses here. The snow plow never clears the snow from the end of this road, it either comes half way down, reversing, then pushes the snow out, or comes down and pushes the snow at the end of my driveway. I have spent many hours, over many years, clearing this part of the road myself, whether it be snow or general street cleaning, I am getting to the point where I am quite fed up with this situation. I watched Newell Terrace, a private way, receive 7 passes, up and down the street, the other day, when this road had not even been touched at all. Please, if the plow guys are unable to deal with the end of West Bellevue Avenue, just give me a barrel of salt and I'll at least be able to lessen the amount of work. Patricia Moore
