    This sign has been sitting on our boulevard lawn for at least half -a-year. There has been no further construction in our area for months. I reported this sign as abandoned by PSC /Q3 Contracting weeks ago to 311. Can the city please make a request that it be picked up? Also are taxpayers paying for signage rental for this item when it isn't needed?

    Daily MTC bus rider chain smokes and throws butts on walk. This is right in between two drains on corner which feeds into Lake Harriet. This works against city clean drain initiatives and MTC will not provide garbage or butt container at stop.
