There is still a lot of confusion about parking on Lyon Street during a parking ban. What I was told by the Department of Public Works is that there is to be no parking at all on Lyon Street, because odd parking is banned during snow and even parking is banned at all times. People are still moving their cars to the even side of the street, and some people still left their cars on the odd side. The street was not plowed until around 9 am, and snow was piled up on both sides, so cars were having a hard time even getting down the street. None of these cars have been tagged or towed. The sidewalks are also currently in a very bad state, and it is very hard to cross the street because mountains of snow are piled up where normally a point to cross the intersection would be.
