This trash has been in creekside walk city park for two weeks and it looks like some people may have fell or got stuck in it since they have also been there for two weeks

The homeless are making a home in vista village creekside walk. They are moving in their furniture and doing laundry. Will we be changing zoning and building more low income apartments here too?

Schools out so gang related graffiti has already started sprouting up on vista village creekside walk park. This is very close to where a innocent father and veteran was stabbed to death by four teenagers less than two weeks ago

Since Jan 15 207 days ago this issue was first reported. Nearly half of the lights are out in the river walk in downtown vista and it is pitch dark in a lot of areas in the park. I'm sure this is why on Sunday 3 gang bangers where found hiding here moments after they committed an armed robbery or why I have reported several dozen times that park has been tagged up this year . We also have homeless people sleeping in the park everyday for past few months and even have had a large homeless encampment hiding down in the dark.This is directly across from the water park where people take kids of all ages. Please fix this it has been way to long.
