I'm always confused as to who is responsible for road work, so if this isn't the city could you provide a link to the state to complain to?

COMPLAINT: WHY is the speed limit on 255 45 MPH during the day when there is NO CONSTRUCTION going on? ESPECIALLY, WHY the speed limit on the SOUTH bound lanes when all the work is currently being done on the NORTH bound lanes.

PLEASE REMOVE SPEED RESTRICTION when work isn't is progress.

I've reported this before but couldn't find it to re-open it. We need a MUCH LARGER MORE VISIBLE sign on WB Old Monrovia Dr approaching the round-about saying "RIGHT TURN MUST TURN RIGHT AHEAD".

Last weekend a friend I was riding with (SB Indian Creek) was almost hit by someone in the RIGHT LANE of Old Monrovia WHO WENT STRAIGHT instead of right.

Today, the car in front of me was almost hit by another car doing the same thing. Returning home, I almost rear-ended a van WHO STOPPED AT THE INDIAN CREEK ENTRANCE TO MAKE A U-TURN because it wanted to go straight on Old Monrovia.

Those tiny signs already present just aren't doing their job. We need a LARGE VISIBLE (red or orange) sign BEFORE the bridge alerting people that the right lane is RIGHT TURN ONLY.

There is going to be an accident there someday. (If there hasn't been already -- I don't get out every day.)

Maybe I'm not very observant, but today heading South on Patton just South of Bob Wallace I noticed a sign saying the speed limit was 50 MPH. This was just after a sign with a 45 MPH speed limit. Further down Patton was another 45 MPH sign. The 50 MPH sign was a bit smaller than the others and didn't really look official. I'm thinking PERHAPS somebody put up a fake speed limit sign. Should be checked at least.

I occasionally see people in the right lane of WB Old Monrovia Rd going straight through the round-about at Indian Creek. I believe the problem is that there is only a small, white sign showing that the people in the right lane are suppose to turn right. By the time you get to the sign it's almost too late to move over, especially if there's a lot of traffic. I believe a larger RIGHT LANE MUST TURN RIGHT traffic sign 100 yards or so further east would help prevent a dangerous situation for very little cost. (NOTE: The same situation MAY occur in the EB lanes on the other side, but I turn right onto Indian Creek Rd so don't notice those.)
