Sidewalk is not back filled with loam. 6 in drop in places. Ankle twister. Bike wheel trap. Then grass needs to be seeded.

Improperly back filled loam to new sidewalk on Holyoke Rd. Specifically in front of 289 and 287 Holyoke Rd. Sorry photos wouldn't load. Corners of sidewalk and driveway, and new sidewalk and existing sidewalk are ankle busters. A lot of the edge of new sidewalk is now back filled enough.

I could not get trash and recycle barrels to the curb due to active work being done at the time in front of my house. Today less activity and room to put barrels. Please come to empty barrels. Thank you.

HUGE!!!!! POTHOLE!!! Southampton Road shoulder break down lane. 12 inchs deep.

Crosswalk location. The crosswalk at the West End of Holyoke Road is in a blind spot and you can't stop easily with cars behind you on North Elm going north as you turn right onto Holyoke Road. The crosswalk should be further up the hill on Holyoke Road in order to give cars time to see a pedestrian and space to stop without stopping traffic on North Elm.

Thank you for fixing the drains on Holyoke Rd. Much better now with out the constant rumble and shaking of the house. Can't wait for the new resurfacing. I just hope the patrols increase for the speeders once the new smooth blacktop is laid down. The trucks need to be pulled over too.

water drain is sinking and trucks from quarry are constantly hitting it and each time my house sewer pipe shakes and is cracking my foundation. The whole house and ground shakes. Please fix the drain and be sure to put enough asphalt around it so it doesn't smush out with the first truck that hits it.

Water drain that was repaired and the blacktop around it sunk in and is worse than was before repair with trucks from quarry hitting it and shaking the neighborhood.

Water has a smell and taste like never had before. Ever since the excavator spent a week pounding it's bucket into the foundation of the house across the street trying to break it up. It shook the ground every hit all day for a week. He obviously had the wrong equipment for the job.
Anyway, I'm sure the shaking disrupted the water pipes and dislodged sediment and buildup on the inside of the pipes and contaminated the water supply. I noticed an odor on my pets and myself. It was coming out of our pores from drinking the city water. We started drinking bottled water again and the smell on our body went away.
Please come test the water upstream, and downstream from the houses that were demolished for the airport project and compare. I'm sure you will see a problem. Then flush the system to clean the contamination out. Please advise the residence of any health concerns we should know about regarding the water supply.

All lots now owned by the city through the airport noise mitigation project need to have snow removed from sidewalk.

Drain sunk in road. Trucks hit it and shake the block. Houses are being damaged.

Street water drain sunk. Trucks from the quarry hit it and shake the houses. My house is cracking siding walls and the floors are moving un-level from foundation crumbling, soil settling from vibration. This road is tearing our houses apart.
