The road between University Drive and 150 west park loop (the circle) has numerous previously private street lights. They are all not working. The private street lights must have originally been while the developer owned the streets. The poles have power that originates from a meter near the entrance on University. This are is extremely dark and turning off of university is very dangerous.

Street needs speed bumps. Vehicles including city buses speed down the road. Children play near road. multiple parking lots entering road. People get up to 50 mph on this street

Mailbox facility for 136 residents of Cotton Row NW is in serios disrepair and people are not getting mail delivery. The property where the mailbox is located belongs to Wild Boys Land and Cattle Co Inc. (W. John Hathaway) I believe was the original developer. He now lives in Maine. Postmaster will not allow mailboxes to be put on individual buildings. Have been trying to reslove the problem for 3-4 months. Postmaster says it is not their box. It is not on my property...... Should have been an HOA but there is not.

There is a pipe coming from colony condominium that dumps water on our parking lot. The pipe has a hole in the top that creates a tripping hazard.
