Rat has been there for about a week; it started off closer to the trash can outside entrance of Wells Fargo, has been kicked/picked up by dogs over time, is now almost up to the corner of 37th & Calvert, right in middle of sidewalk outside bank (on 37th).

There is a dead rat on the sidewalk of Calvert St (between Wisconsin Ave & Tunlaw) running alongside the Carillon House apartments. It is located just past the driveway down to the parking garage for the apt building (directly across the street from Wells Fargo back entrance).
