Ground water has been rising to the surface of the street (and pouring down to the end of the street from neighbor's drainage) without obvious means for drainage for several months. The result is a constant accumulation of mud and water/flooding at the end of the street that looks like it will threaten the integrity of the street pavement. Multiple agencies (including EBMUD) have been out to check it but nothing has been done to determine the solution to the lake of water and mud that remains (especially in front of one neighbor's driveway). There is concern by all neighbors for the safety and sustainability of this condition, and for the access/egress to one of our neighbor's houses.
