    3rd report of this issue - At the intersection of Clareton and Canwood, there is a large, lengthening, deepening pothole in the asphalt next to the cement channel. See attached image.

    Thousand Oaks Boulevard Agoura Hills, California - Agoura Hills
    On the south side of Thousand Oaks Blvd, about 50 yards west of Silver Valley Ave., there has been road work in front of a green telephone junction box (?) for about one year. The street has had a steel plate mounted for at least 6 months. It seems this work should have been completed, and the street resurfaced by this time, but it has not been. We need to keep our contractors to adhere to their contracts to complete their work.
