The lawn is completely overgrown. In some areas, it is over 3 feet tall. The owner has not mowed in at least 4 weeks. There is broken pottery, glass, food, and other sharp objects in the grass, creating a hazard for those trying to cross from the sidewalk to the curb, and tenants as they cross the lawn. The owner allows one of the residents to park in the front lawn, in violation of city codes, and has an least one person living in a storage shed. I worry that all of these things, coupled with the warmer months, will create an unsanitary environment of pests and vermin. The house is not properly sealed, with torn, ill-fitting screens, and this can become a danger to the multiple children living on the property.
