I came home and went to bring my toter in. it felt too heavy so i opened the lid to find out that they didn't dump my entire can. there's nothing in it but food garbage. I will leave my toter at the curb.

some guy stopped in front of my house and pulled a bunch of wires out of the conduit and then left it in front of my house. I couldn't catch him fast enough to yell at him to pick it up. he also has a roll of paper towels on his bike and threw globs of it on the grass. I'm tired of trying to maintain a nice yard only for people to do stuff like this!

A few months ago I requested a new lid for my green toter. It hasn't been replaced yet so I'm wondering if there's a back order on lids. When it rains it sometimes leaks. Please let me know when I can expect a new lid. Thanks!

I was away for a few days. I've had my compost cans at the curb for 3 weeks now and I came home tonight to see that my neighbors' leaves were picked up once again but you failed to take the compost cans that are obviously full of branches. what do I have to do to make it clear that this is a recurring problem? the branches are manageable for the guys to take but can't go in leaf bags or the bags would rip. I don't have a truck or way to get my compost to the transfer station. I'm also getting annoyed when people walk by and throw their garbage or beer cans in my compost all the time so I'm left to pick it out of there to dispose of it properly. this is getting ridiculous!

I've had a can of compost out at the curb for about 2 weeks now (I missed the last time they came). It was out there for last week's recycling week. The guys just came and picked up my neighbor's bags of leaves but they didn't empty my compost can.

My compost can has no lid and there is organic material hanging out of it so it's obvious that it's compost. This isn't the first time they didn't take my compost. So the question is why did they skip my compost can?

My green toter lid is cracked. When it rains water is getting inside. Please let me know when I can get a replacement lid so that I can ensure that the toter is accessible. My address is 594 Wayne St. Thanks

I'm not sure how this would be classified but I missed the North End meeting the other day. I wanted to discuss the speed and bad driving issue on Wayne St. I'm in the "S" curve of the street. People drive recklessly and often end up on the other side of the street when they drive around either curve and often times get way too close to parked cars. I've been in my car many times where I'm either just getting in or getting ready to get out and a car goes by very fast and so close that I think they're going to hit the car with me in it. Last December I lost 2 mirrors within a week (put the new one on and the next day someone smashed the new one) and it cost me almost $1000 to replace both of them.

There are also kids who live on this part of the street that are riding their bikes and scooters and sometimes the kids end up riding in the street.

What can be done to get people to slow down and stop driving so recklessly on our city streets?

There is a huge sink hole in the road that's opening up pretty quickly. It's almost hard to avoid hitting it at times.

The pothole in the crosswalk that was filled last year is back and it seems to be getting wider and deeper.
