The walk signal on the south side of Atlantic and Brooklyn to cross Brooklyn blinks when Atlantic westbound has left turn priority. It should be a solid do not cross when cars have turn priority.

Clearly this intersection was wired backwards, as to cross Brooklyn on the north side, which is safe when the left turns have priority, goes full solid don't walk just as the left turn comes on. It should have the blink cycle currently on the south.

Summary: pedestrian crossing of Brooklyn ave at Atlantic should have their programming swapped between north and south.
