    10300 Voltaire Ave-10600 Voltaire Ave. This whole block has deterioration issues. Over the last couple of years we have had several sewer lateral replacements and it has caused several uneven patches on our street along with speed bumps. They have made manuvering through this steet a task. We need our street resurfaced just like Voltaire Ave is from Durant to 106th Ave. We have received a letter from residence on Byron Ave and they are getting their street resurfaced. Their street has no where near the surface damage that we do. Neither do Longfellow or Dante(neighboring streets). I have emailed the city council member about this issue. Can you please forward this email on to Sarah Fine and Treva Reed's office as well. Respectfully, The Voltaire Ave residents.

    Homeless people have taken over the sidewalk. Unable to walk down the street. Pedestrian have to walk in the street. How do people battle with cars for the road? Are we gonna be victims like other pedestrians that are actually killed walking in the cross walk? This is not fair nor safe. You cleaned up this street and allowed two homeless women to stay there because they were pregnant but now it’s going back to the way it was before the clean up. This is dangerous. How it a wheelchair or child supposed to be able to walk down this street. This city is letting people just do what they want.

    neighbor had party at residence. he puts a portapotty in the front yard. hires a dj that blasts music to 1 am in the morning. very inconsiderate. he has these parties multiple times a year disturbing the peace. the police have been called several times but of course they are too busy to respond to noise complaints. can a letter be sent from the city for the nuisance that this is causing the neighborhood? we are tax payers and dont deserve this torture. are there fines against this crime?
