Yard debris left after truck made rounds at 4:00pm today. Some of the branches were 4" thick. Truck 17833 had two men, but they only had pitchforks - no rakes. I loaded my trash can with approximately 100 lbs of branches and leaves. I’m sure the men were tired but they could’ve done a much better job.
