The owner at 399 high street has made no attempt to clear snow or deice. The sidewalk on high street is 8" of ice and the hydrant adjacent to this home completely covered. Please cite! They have not performed their obligation to clear snow even one time.
Today's conditions are extremely dangerous forcing pedestrians to walk on high street in traffic!
