    People seem to have started dumping shopping carts at Silva Park. I don’t know the solution but perhaps signage in absence of any other solutions?

    There is a tree that is rotted inside, and leaning over the roadway. Our neighbors and I feel as if it may fall given a gust of wind. It was marked for removal a few weeks ago and mysteriously the work was canceled with no reason given.

    Could you reopen the issue? Also, I've left several voicemails on this issue and not heard a response.
