37 Concord St Jersey City, New Jersey, 07306 - The Heights
A flimsy wood "sidewalk shed" has been erected in front of this building.
Metal scaffolding sections are sitting on top. Evidently they will be erected on top of the "sidewalk shed" to work on the facade of the building.
Notice that the largest wood members are 2" x 4" connected with sheet metal timber connectors.
There is no diagonal bracing. if the metal scaffolding is erected, the whole thing could collapse into the street.

Waseem,
This is NOT a duplicate of Issue 14252728. THAT streetlight is on the SOUTH side of the intersection. THIS light is on the NORTH side.

The fixture over the roadway is not lit at night.

Traffic Signal Maintenance Arquivado55 Saint Pauls Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - The Heights
These pedestrian signals at the southwest corner of Baldwin and St. Pauls were hit and damaged, possibly by Power Concrete out of Newark. They have a contract to repair sidewalk corners at multiple intersections in the Heights.
The fixtures need to be remounted and tested.

Traffic Signal Maintenance ArquivadoHomestead Pl & Pavonia Ave Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal Square
At Pavonia & Homestead there is a Rectangular Rapid-Flashing Beacon (RRFB) installation that pedestrians can actuate when they want to cross Pavonia Ave.
There are two signals, one at each end of the crosswalk, which have yellow LED lights to warn oncoming vehicles.
A button is mounted on each pole below the beacons and signs.
Both sides normally flash when either button is pressed. This is the ONLY signalized crosswalk in the middle of the 600 block of Pavonia Ave.
The south lights and buttons are NOT working.
The lights on BOTH sides should flash when EITHER button is pressed, but they don't.

ALL 11 decorative globe streetlights in front of the PATH plaza on the east side of JFK Boulevard are not lit. This is some kind of electrical feed problem and has happened before.
The photo shows the southernmost streetlight near Jollibee.

THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE OF ISSUE ID 13019226.
That issue requires moving the pole on the south side.
THIS issue is about the non-working lights on the south side of Pavonia Ave..At Pavonia & Homestead there is a Rectangular Rapid-Flashing Beacon (RRFB) installation that pedestrians can actuate when they want to cross Pavonia Ave.

Sidewalk Obstruction Arquivado3-4 Journal Sq Jersey City, NJ, 07306, USA - Journal Square
This sidewalk leads to the handicapped ramp at the Journal Square PATH station.
It was blocked today with no signage. Who is responsible for this?
Are handicapped people, people with strollers, luggage, etc. supposed to climb the steps?
The Kushner contractor has already stolen half of the walkway width for their fence.
This obstruction should be REMOVED!

Ask a Question Arquivado07306 Jersey City, New Jersey - Journal Square
I reported this on 18 August and nothing has changed. See Issue ID: 13024758
https://seeclickfix.com/issues/13024758The issue was closed the next day by RRC Supervisor - Antonio.
The search and filter functions in SCF need fixing.
I previously could use the filter function and search for an Issue ID # and find what I was looking for. That doesn't work any more.
I use to be able to search for issues associated with a specific address. Markers on the map would show open, acknowledged, closed and archived issues. That doesn't produce any results now.
PLEASE FIX THE SCF SEARCH & FILTER FUNCTIONS!
PLEASE LEAVE THIS ISSUE OPEN UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED!

THIS issue is about the non-working lights on both sides of Pavonia Ave..I previously reported this on 22 November as Issue ID 11712358.
