This is NOT a duplicate of Issue 14252728. THAT streetlight is on the SOUTH side of the intersection. THIS light is on the NORTH side.

If you had used the "Show on Map" feature you would have seen that and not closed Issue 14252690. Now I have to re-post the issue.

This pole has two fixtures, one over the sidewalk and one over the roadway.

The fixture over the roadway is not lit at night.

These pedestrian signals at the southwest corner of Baldwin and St. Pauls were hit and damaged, possibly by Power Concrete out of Newark. They have a contract to repair sidewalk corners at multiple intersections in the Heights.

The fixtures need to be remounted and tested.

At Pavonia & Homestead there is a Rectangular Rapid-Flashing Beacon (RRFB) installation that pedestrians can actuate when they want to cross Pavonia Ave.
There are two signals, one at each end of the crosswalk, which have yellow LED lights to warn oncoming vehicles.
A button is mounted on each pole below the beacons and signs.
Both sides normally flash when either button is pressed.

This is the ONLY signalized crosswalk in the middle of the 600 block of Pavonia Ave.

The south lights and buttons are NOT working.

The lights on BOTH sides should flash when EITHER button is pressed, but they don't.

This streetlight is not lit and one of the two tie rods is disconnected, making it unstable.

This streetlight pole on the north corner has two fixtures, one for the street and another for the sidewalk.

The top street fixture is dim and not fully lit.

The lower sidewalk fixture is not lit at all.

McDonald's garbage has been blocking the pedestrian walkway (Gloria Esposito Way) behind the store since Sunday.
I rang their doorbell and asked them to move it. They did nothing.

THIS issue is about the non-working lights on the south side of Pavonia Ave..

This sidewalk leads to the handicapped ramp at the Journal Square PATH station.

It was blocked today with no signage. Who is responsible for this?

Are handicapped people, people with strollers, luggage, etc. supposed to climb the steps?

The Kushner contractor has already stolen half of the walkway width for their fence.

This obstruction should be REMOVED!

The issue was closed the next day by RRC Supervisor - Antonio.

The search and filter functions in SCF need fixing.

I previously could use the filter function and search for an Issue ID # and find what I was looking for. That doesn't work any more.

I use to be able to search for issues associated with a specific address. Markers on the map would show open, acknowledged, closed and archived issues. That doesn't produce any results now.

PLEASE FIX THE SCF SEARCH & FILTER FUNCTIONS!
