Westbound Katy Road, Sidewalk under railroad bridge- mud still has not been removed from surface of sidewalk. Dangerously slippery when wet. Had a neighbor fall and hurt herself here some months ago. Also, weeds and brush were cut last year and are still laying in bundles between sidewalk and road....

Right turn from 610 South frontage road to a Westheimer westbound needs markings to indicate dedicated lane with no oncoming traffic.

Reference service request 12431302 as well as as service request 406100. The hazardous sized walk has been reported multiple times. In June a crew cut the tall weeds either side of sidewalk bud did not clear dirt/mud from sidewalk. Sidewalk under railroad bridge still covered with 2-4” dirt (mud after a rain). A neighbor of ours skipped and fell on the slippery mud this past weekend and sustained a significant knee injury. This was completely avoidable. I’m sure someone in public works knows how to use a shovel. When crews were there in June, why was this not remedied??? Now the city’s failure has resulted in an injury....☹️

There is mud and overgrowth obstructing the sidewalk under the railroad bridge along the westbound side of Katy Road. This has been reported repeatedly over that past year. The dirt on the sidewalk becomes slippery after a rain and is an UNSAFE situation. Supposedly there is a work order to remedy this but after months still not resolved. All this takes is a guy with a shovel and a weed eater and this can be fixed.
