    In every Rotary in the state, there is a yield to people in the rotary sign, and this portion is missing that yield sign. Necessary on high Street between the bridge and the rotary. Coming down Mystic Valley along the lake and needing to enter the rotary and take a three-quarter turn onto hi, I’m nearly T-bone every time, no matter what kind of time this is.
