    The brick facing on the pillar at the back of this property collapsed into he sidewalk during the last windstorm. Looking at the others they appear to be in danger of collapsing as well. Whoever put up he brick wrapped the pillar in landscaping cloth first so it's not adhered to the substrate. I think it's very dangerous and going to fail as soon as some kid tries to climb them, or during the spring thaw.
