    Lot at 503 Azalea Rd was built on, builder bulldozed anything living, including trees, one 12" in diameter. Please refer to previously submitted SCF comment with Issue ID 3290606 3/24/17. SR 407384. I was told at the time by the permitting office that builder would be required to replace 1 tree. Construction has finished, sod laid, home for sale. Can you please follow-up with developer?

    Parcel 0458050014 on Triton Rd in So Venice was cleared yesterday 5/13 but there were at least 3 gopher tortoises living there at the time the land was cleared. The parcel was cleared by the new owner of the residence at 4148 Pompano, Chris Cromley. As the land was being bulldozed, he said "don't worry, I have the areas staked." He became angry at that point & told me he could do want he wanted it was his property...that he was only clearing out Brazilian Pepper trees. The company that cleared the property is Aquatic Consulting 941-445-3037.
