    The Traffic light at the intersection of Common Street and Mount Auburn streets has a timing issue. The light stays red, with no traffic moving in either direction for quite some time, and then the walk sign appears for those crossing Mt Auburn Street. This is causing significant traffic back-up on Common Street, especially in the morning hours,
