    The turn-lane sign for the Maplewood/Hanover intersection (on Maplewood, heading towards Congress) was upside down as of about 6:30pm this evening. It's the one that shows that the left lane is left-turn-only and the right lane is straight/right-turn.

    I was driving so couldn't get a picture.

    Hi! The left turn arrow at the intersection of US 1 Bypass north and Borthwick Ave only seems to work on alternate cycles -- i.e. there's a cycle where other lanes get a green light but the left turn lane doesn't. Noted about 5pm today as well as a couple days ago.

    The red lights on all the walk signals at the Fleet/State intersection weren't working as of about 6pm Friday Sep 1. The white "walk" icon lit up properly but the signs were blank when the countdown and red "don't walk" icons would have been illuminated.

    There's a very deep pothole on Albany St near the intersection of Brewery Lane, across from the brick wall of the Mojo's building.

    (At least it's Albany St according to my phone; didn't see a street sign. It's the street that runs along the plaza with Mojo's & the Greengard Center.)

    The asphalt in front of 38 Whidden has some damage from the plows. Pretty low-priority but I wouldn't mind seeing it fixed.

    The asphalt chunks in the picture were already removed by a crew that I think was working on ticket 0412172; they advised me to put in a ticket to get it resurfaced.

    Not quite sure what category this belongs in, but there's a wire dangling in the wind from the utility pole on Pleasant near Junkins. Not sure if it's live or not and didn't want to get close enough to see the number on the pole in case it was. Image attached.

    Hi! The entire box containing the "press to cross" button on the pole at the intersection of State & Pleasant (by the Rusty Hammer) is missing.
