Water is pooling during rain events as well. Garbage is collecting in the broken and heaving chunks of concrete.

Busy corner across from school. trash is thrown on sidewalk daily and cloggs stormdrains on North side of broadway contributing to flooding. trash also blows down into vacant properties and Porth Authority property along North end of Van Wagenen Ave making the pedestrian bridge area a difficult crossing on way to school.
