    Hello. We contacted you prior to see if the drainage of the water in front of our can be resolved. Directly in from of our house the water does not drain, from sprinkler water, rain water etc. It causes dirt to settle in the are and create a slime that has caused us, the home owners and some of our guest to almost fall and hurt themselves. We believe that this is a safety issue and needs to be corrected. We live on a cal de sac in Ozona Trace with 11 other houses. We get all the water from the other residents as well.

    In our development the water from rain and sprinkler systems never drains in from of our house. Because of this slime has built up and it makes it very slippery. We had a guest slip. They are ok but we are concerned about future incidents. Also with the issue of the zika virus in Florida mosquitoes tend to be around this area all the time. This is a safety issue. We have attached some photos to show the problem.
