Post to neighbors Archived13504 South Garnett Road Broken Arrow, Oklahoma - Broken ArrowOnce again having problems with the developer in charge of oak estates they are not on top of their job to top quality work without causing issues with only neighbor across street witch is flooding my property when it rains because of lack of experience to divert water on thier side on going problems with all been on notice for sprinklers not being adjusyed properly and they email no manpower .so hear is a nother problem anything on roadway will come to my driveway do you understand they are going to lay sod but the made a mess on driveway they need to push a broom so I wont have to do this again be respectful of forced neighbor that has lived here 20plus years so take a good look at photos
