All inoperable or unregistered.Some have not moved in years and the home owner keeps bringing in more vehicles as time goes by.
I don't think he even owns them.
Possibly storing them for a fee.

White Pontiac Grand Prix broke down on Siena Hts. And Broad St.

It looks like the passenger side front wheel is broke off.
It's parked on the road between the hours of 2-6 A.M.
The snow plows aren't able to properly clear the intersection.

Rotting tarps on roof,layer upon layer. They are getting bigger as time goes by.They blow through the neighborhood once the weather has has done its damage.This has been reported a few times before to avail. You can see the tarps from broad street and pieces of tarp on ridge from Siena Hts.

Cars parked in lawn blocking sidewalk,cars parked in road all night,cars running for hours at a time throughout the night with loud or broken exhaust.

Red bricks are falling from chimney and when they hit the ground they break and the shrapnel is hitting people walking by.

Tarps on roof and windows.Its been this way for years.
