    W Central St & Wellesley Ave Town of Natick, MA, 01760, USA - Natick

    There is a relatively fresh (still black) patch on the westbound side of Rt135 across from Wellesley AVe, about 10 to 20 ft east of the corsswalk.

    There is a small hole (5") that shows there is a big hollow area under the patch. This could be a hazard if someone drives over it thinking that section of road is solid.

    Small sinkhole in sidewalk (bigger under opening in sidewalk). This presents a trip/leg breakage danger to humans and dogs alike.

    Big potholl at end of Kendall near 135. Also, last 50 ft or so of Kendall is nothing but dozens of pothole patches and could benefit from a repaving.

    A couple of potholes on Stacey, one by the auto detailing place and one at the pavement seam in the road near #5. Not critical but worth putting on the 2do list.

    The area surrounding the watergate in Wellesley Ave near Rt 135 is crumbling forming a pothole with fissures that radiate outwards through the pavement. Not critical, but worth adding to the DPW "to do" list. Thanks.

    The town snowplow has destroyed the curb in front of 15 Wellesley directly to the right of the driveway. Even if repair has to wait until warmer weather, it might be worth carting away the broken up curb asphalt.
