    Please have someone look into the irrigation next to my townhouse at 857 Ridge Court. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at around 4:45am, the sprinklers come on to water the hillside. Unfortunately, the runoff has been coming into my garage. I’ve tried to divert the flow by putting rocks but it hasn’t helped. I’ve lived here for over 35 years and this only started happening a couple of months ago. During this drought crisis, curbing this wasted water should be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    This morning the crew came by to work on the Ridge Court area. As seen in the pic, they left the ground cover plants intact but pulled out all the California poppy plants that were growing in that area. Could we please request that the poppies be left alone and not cut down? They look so pretty when in full bloom. Besides the California poppy is the California State Flower and protected by law.
    Thank you for your consideration and help in keeping our neighborhood beautiful.

    P.S.- Many thanks to the crew that fixed the sprinklers in that area. The regular watering has made that area come alive and has relieved me from having to hand water the plants.

    The bushes along the access lane are severely overgrown and haven't been trimmed in years. The curbing is completely obscured and the overhanging branches scratch vehicles that drive past. It has also become a breeding ground for feral cats and raccoons.
    We would really appreciate these bushes being trimmed.

    I would appreciate having a tree limb removed has it is growing closer to my unit and I don't want the squirrels jumping onto my roof.
