The red signal on left light to go straight across Church south bound on Claimont is out.

There is functionally no indication that the number of lanes on W. Howard are being reduced from 2 to 1. There remains an arrow pointing straight ahead on pavement in the right lane, which is the lane being eliminated. There is only 1 sign indicating that the right lane is being eliminated, but it is behind another sign and right at the elimination of the lane.

According to the GA DOT Signing and Marking Guidelines published 11/29/18 there should be between 3 and 4 signs to indicate a lane reduction for a conventional road (section 5.2).

In SeeClickFix issue #4798119, the DecaturPM indicated on it about 12/1/18 that he/she was going to contact lane marker contractor to put in appropriate signs and lane markings. However, the signage is not sufficient and the lane markings currently are inaccurate.

The green light on the right light is out and needs to be replaced.

Both traffic signals at W Howard and Atlanta Ave are malfunctioning - they are shorting and only show a yellow for a couple of seconds; no red or green signals.
