    A couple weeks ago a tree service came down our street and ground up dozens of tree stumps along the street. They missed several that started growing back though. one in our yard at 3085 Fernwood and another a house down at 3065 Fernwood Ave.

    A month ago, tree fell into street taking a street light with it. Emergency crews cleared the tree and wires but the stump and broken lamp posts still remain. The junk is a hazzard with Halloween coming and the street is very dark right as it curves making visibility difficult.

    Every time it rains the sidewalk floods for a 25' stretch. There is no drainage for the water. 25 feet down the street is a newly city installed rain garden, see photos. also next to the side walk is Swift Run Creek, but the top soil next to the sidewalk and between the creek is too tall to allow for drainage. If a crew could dig out some of the soil to allow for drainage, that would help. Or move the rain garden down to where the sidewalk floods.
