    3258-3264 Kansas Street Oakland, California - Upper Laurel

    The 15 MPH/Speed bump sign on the east side of Kansas St. is loose and needs to be fixed.
    The sign often gets turned around so drivers can't see it.
    I live at 3263 Kansas.
    The speed bump is in front of my house and drivers often "bottom-out" on the speed bump.
    It would be very helpful to have this sign reinstalled correctly so that it does not move around.
