    This tree, and several others in the Desert Ridge Trails park are really allowed to grow wild and overgrown. No trimming or pruning seems to ever be done with the trees and bushes.,

    The City wasted money. My neighbor reported this issue previously to 311 and was told it had been fixed The City just recently did some blading and laid some gravel. This is a long time problem with rain water collecting at the corner of Louisiana and Florence NE.
    The problem is actually worse now It appears more water went into the street vs the side of the road after the recent rain.
    This is a hazard when the water freezes in the street There must be a better solution ....

    At the Desert Ridge Trails park, there are several trees that drop "acorns" which make a big mess. The walkway near the corner of Blue Cypress and Blue Mesa is especially bad.
