Patio fence coming apart due to deterioration. Multiple slats fail out and have been temporarily reaffixed

Weight rack topple over during workout. Recommend having rack properly secured to prevent this from occurring again

Eye wash station leaking water

Bottom door seal (door leading from app bay to gym) is coming apart again and holding open the door. A brush style bottom seal may be a better fit for the sloped floor.

Closer hardware for door leading from app bay to day room is coming apart

Responded to a call at the north end of Erris Court. Because of too many parked vehicles along the end, we were unable to make the turnaround with fire apparatus, and had a difficult time clearing multiple apparatus from the location

Door closer mechanism was jammed up, not allowing the front entrance door to open/close. Removed screw to disengage closer arm, to allow use of the door, and found the threads on the screw to be stripped. May we please make arrangements to have this repaired. Thanks

Large tree limb down on trail, west of the tennis courts

Motion lights on north side of the station are not functioning properly. Thanks for replacing the bulbs, but the motion detectors are still not working as previously reported. Light closest to roadway is not coming on at all and the other light on the same side intermittently works for motion that's very close. We've had increased security concerns recently with the exterior grounds of the station and functional motion lights would be a benefit toward addressing that problem. Thanks again

Requesting replacement of the x3 (x1 on south side, x2 on north) nonfunctional motion security lights. Lights have been nonfunctional for extended period. All bulbs were bad and motion detectors failed to work properly with replacement bulbs. Requesting replacements of light assemblies due to recent station security concerns. Thanks

Multiple raised areas and deep divots on sidewalk area in front of station, posing fall risks to pedestrians

Service Code E-09 is displayed on Bosch Dishwasher after running each clean cycle

Service Request was closed, but the problem has not been fixed. Bottom door seal came out of housing and was hanging up the door. BM Rep adjusted the seal, which is now fully stuck in the housing, no longer sealing the opening below the door, allowing emission/diesel particulates and dirt from the app bay to enter the gymte

Toilet water supply (Captain's bathroom
continuously runs within the tan, havee to flush several times or tap on the fill valve to make it the water flow stop

Door seal (app bay to gym) was hanging up on the floor. Attempt was made to adjust the seal, but the seal is now no longer sealing the gap to prevent exhaust and particulates from going into gym area. May we please make arrangements to have this looked at again. Thanks

Lower door seal, for the door between the app bay and gym, will not remain in place. Requesting to have the seal repaired or replaced. Thanks
