Why has the City of Sterling Heights allowed International Transmission Company(owner of this specific high electric tower to keep the property in such a disgusting manner? There are 4 foot tall weeds and 6 foot trees growing inside the fenced area - directly under the tower. This tower is adjacent to residential property and the Edison Field. Some trimming was done on the weeds that covered the walkway. Nothing has been ceared up in the fenced areaunder the tower This property is adjacent to residential property and the Edison Field. If the city is confused about which tower I am referring to, I would be happy to point it out. . )

The driveway has weeds growing in the cracks. The playground equipment never has the weeds around it weed whacked. The cement that the school was built on is cracked and has tall weeds growing through the cracks. There is litter scattered about the property. And there is at least one trucker that has continually parked his rig there overnight The grass is ALWAYS taller than six inches! We homeowners try so hard to keep up our property. How come this property owner does not have to keep up their commercial property ? .

Weeds and vines over 6 ft tall in fenced high tension wire area and surrounding the fenced area. This area but up to residential property, the Edison Easement and the residential walkways. It is a ghastly eyesore. Why is this allowed to be such a disgrace?

Although the majority of the grass has been
trimmed; weeds and grass over 24 inches tall dominate the property. Tall weeds grow from the area where the school used to stand. Three feet high weeds surround all playground equipment. If you drive into the property, a broken green nonworking electric sign with dead trees are in the circular driveway area. There is a skateboard ramp in the side driveway too. How long will it take for the property owner make it compliant with the Sterling Heights property codes.

I never thought I would see something like this in Sterling Heights. The property at this address is totally overgrown with weeds as high as 4feet tall I some areas. Does this property still belongs to Utica community schools?

A Kroger shopping cart has been left on my wonderful neighbors lawn. Notifying Kroger results in absolutely nothing. So.. my wonderful Sterling Heights... can go get Kroger to retrieve the cart?

Is it a city ordinance that all homeowner with sidewalks "absolutely must" have their sidewalks and driveways edged? Thank you for your time.

Bushes are unsightly and do not comply with city code.

13410 Canal Rd Sterling Heights MI 48314. Shrubs that hide the electric box are horrible. They are not in compliance with the City of Sterling Heights code. Please ask property owner to remove unsightly bushes.

Canal Rd is flooded by the driveway of Christ Lutheran Church at 12500 Canal Rd. I think I saw Noah nearby building an Ark!

There are 4 dead shrubs by the electric boxes on the north side of Canal and West of Schoenherr. The are around the electrical boxes between the condos and the shopping center.
