Broken Water Sprinkler on corner of the sidewalk. Needs maintenance.

Traffic Light Bulb Out (Middle section - Green)

Direction: Heading Westbound on Montano to Edith intersection.

Major pot hole near Cracker-Barrel and Mister Car Wash parking lot. Don’t know if you will be able to solve it if its in business jurisdiction. It causes issues to force cars to go in the wrong direction of travel.

Flashing led light going Southbound on Coors Bypass before the intersection of Coors Rd.

Been noticing the left turn signal turns on with no vehicle on the sensor going Westbound. Turning into Cibola parking lot. Causes vehicles going Eastbound to congest. Intersection of Cibola Loop and Ellison Rd.

Golfcourse and Paradise light going northbound is very congested with cars mostly turning left. Blocking up the left lane of traffic over time. Traffic Light is also a cause of close accidents. Please change the timing.

Road damage causing bump. Vehicles have to slow turning left when entering CNM Westside intersection. Not on CNM property. Could possibly pop a car tire.

Faded Stop Line - Left Turn

Please fix this intersection and make the right turn wider. I almost hot a head-on collision with a big truck. Right-Turn going westbound is just too tight at Rainbow Blvd. and Universe Blvd. Its just a high risk of an accident area and needs to be fixed ASAP.

Fading out stop lines going westbound onto intersection Bogart St. and Astair Ave. Needs repainting. Also requesting a painted crosswalk going Southbound at intersection due to drivers speeding through.

Shoes hanging on top of a light signal on Cibola loop and Ellison over by the APD and AFD buildings. Its also by Entrance to Cibola HS heading southbound.

Going westbound on paseo the speed limit of 35 sign has been either vandalized or hit by a car. Just after the bridge on the right side. (Photo taken by dash-cam)
