    Avalon RV Resort is delinquent in paying their landscaping company. As a result, the grounds have become so overgrown that the mosquito infestation has become out of control. You can't even walk your dog without being swarmed. There are many elderly residents in the Avalon community, and mosquito born illnesses are of real concern at this point.
