Been here more than a week

The boat ramp is closed with a gate and signs. It should remain open per the county commissioners statements. I need this ramp for my small craft.

Dead animal in the westbound lane near the curb. As I was passing by I noticed another animal sniffing it. Possibly a pet. Directly across from the post office

There is a medium to large size dog laying dead in the center median of US19. It is white in color possibly in the Bully family of dogs. It is south of 54th Avenue and North of 45th. Exact cross street in unknown as I was in traffic flow. It is in the center median.

Someone has a grocery cart filled with unknown items strapped to a tree on the SW corner of 70th Av and US19. That is the Walgreens corner at the crosswalk. It has been there for at least a week. I assume it belongs/belonged to a homeless person. It is unsightly so please have it removed.

Someone dumped an old dirty matress in the street across from this address. It is located on the College side of the road (east)

Dead Animal right on the center yellow line just east of the rail road tracks. Could we please get it removed before decomp sets in as a permanent reminder of the cowardliness of the people unable to deal with their misfortune.

Ther is a black long haired cat living on the property that contains the water tower and it appears to have recently given birth. It has a den located on the west side of the control building on the Belcher side. I know the limits of trapping but being that this is city property perhaps the staff can keep an eye out for an opportunity to trap and get this animal the help it needs. I'd prefer not to see another dead litter of kittens in the road on my commute.

On the east bound side of Park blvd just west of the rail road track there is a mattress on the right of way for several months between the "New" Pho restaurant and another building. It does not appear either business is going to remove it so can we have sanitation pick it up.

Someone has dumped roofing waste in the yard of an unoccupied home on the corner of 70th Av and 34th Street.

I've been seeing a cat and kittens (I reported a road killed kitten a few days ago crossing the street 70th Av) between the College and a residence. I believe a cat has given birth and is going between the school and that residence. I really wish others in that community would step up and take care of their own. I cannot rescue them all and I sure do not want to see dead kittens in the road again. That entire corridor of 70th from Belcher to US19 and beyond is a blight and very hard to live in. The disconnect of the community is appalling. The residence is directly next to the auto repair shop. I surely can't be the only one who has noticed these animals.
