High grass on vacant lot Eyesore

Please help. Occupant amplifying loud music (55-65 decibels) inside residence. Can be heard through the entire block. This is violating Toledo Municipal Code: 507.16 (Amplified Sound) Please have law enforcement assist as occupant has several prior criminal instances with assaults, domestics, and disorderly conducts .

High grass which is now the breeding ground for bugs and pests. The Grass and Weeds have exceeded several feet now and impedes the line of sight for traffic and pedestrians. This property has been reported several times by multiple neighbors and nothing has been done by the city.

2122 Minerva High Grass concern Owner lives at 158 Burger. Has not cut grass yet this season Grass is exceeding heights deemed by city ordinances. This is creating an insect breeding ground and is very unsafe
