TONS OF GARBAGE IN BACK OF HOME AND A CAN THEY BURN THINGS IN THAT IS RUSTED

Resident is requesting replacement of tree planted in backyard last fall by the City.

I realize you may have this issue other places too, but something needs to be done about the speeding through Prestwicke. My children, dog and I were on a walk through the neighborhood this evening and so much for respect thy neighbor. Very few drivers slowed down when they saw us and one driver even waved as he sped by us. It is summer time, there are a lot of kids outside playing and there is no need for the speeds I saw to tonight. One driver just about jumped the curb on Prestwicke Dr as was turning after he blew the stop sign at the corner of Prestwicke and Barons. I can’t even blame this on young drivers as I saw a wide range of ages do it.

A violent Nextdoor post was made calling for rioting and raiding at Crestview Hills by Mike Thelen once again. This has been removed by police several times today on multiple platforms and should be removed for the safety of the public.

Mike Thelen has posted a dangerous call to "riot" and "raid" Crestview Hills on the Nextdoor app. He acknowledged that this was a credible enough threat to be removed by Edgewood police on other platforms before doing so.

Sidewalk has dropped significantly where it is a danger especially at night.

There is a small dead animal in the street in front of the driveway of 404 Coachlight Drive.

We have a very inconsiderate neighbor who moved in next door Hosh Kinzer. He burns in his backyard almost nightly and lets it smolder all night. He fills our house with smoke and we can no longer enjoy our sun room or home. Every burn night We no longer have the privilege as other Edgewood citizens do to set outside and enjoy the beauty of our neighborhood or even have our windows open. We have to keep the attic fan on no matter how cold and uncomfortable to pump out smoke from our entire house and our furniture which is only a year old because it reeks of smoke. My husband has a lung disease and has not had a flare up in 15 years. Since this inconsiderate and illegal nusience burn regime has overtaken our lives my husband who still works full time has had to miss over a month of work now with a dr. Note confirming his lung disease and congestion with smoke intake and irritation as cause. I am a Nashville Recording Academy / Grammy Award artist and singer songwriter and my throat and sinuses stay swollen and bleeding and am now unable to record my demos I need for Nashville.
My husband kindly and politely asked him not to burn and explained his health issues when this all started about April 5th. and He ciuldnt have been nicer and explained what its doing to the inside of our home and it was illegal in Edgewood city limits. The neighbor could care less. 2 days later came to our door and informed us to close our house up he was going to "Burn" tonight. That episode knocked my husband out of a month of work. I've called the fire depatment when he was building his barn field type bon fire literally as tall as he was shaped like a tee pee about 6 ft.. It started to smolder and fill the air so i called. As soon as the fire depatment left he lit it back up. On the 8th he purposely built a fire about 4 ft from our driveway and it was filling our house again. I went outside and told him i know it was set just to hurt us and had it out with him. I explained we did everything neighborly we could to get him to stop and what its doing to our health and all I got was him and his wife giving me the finger and saying he'll do what ever the hell he wants. We moved back to Edgewood a little over a year ago to be closer to my Nashville Recording studio and because this is the most beautiful city and voted best in Kentucky.
Now we live next to Jed Clampit and hes costing us money for doctors to which i have an appt. This week for sinus bleeding from breathing smoke all night most every night. Now he's purposely built a light contraption not for ambience but to shine into our sun room all night long and block our view to his burn pile. We cant. Even enjoy the reason we bought this house either which is the beautiful sun room in the back. Now at night it's not only filled with smoke but has a massive light display just to make our lives even more miserable.
He pretends now that its just a simple little fire pit that everybody has. No matter how nasty the fire he sets he drags little stones around it to call it a fire pit. But no one else is damaging our home or health.
Can you please help us? We cannot enjoy our property any more and hes definitely compromising our health. Honestly its creepy because I've never seen anyone so obsessed with setting fires. When i told him I see he set the fire next to our drive way on purpose he was so proud of himself. They gave me the finger. I had to shower and change clothes it was so bad.
Please help us. He's just getting worse and more vindictuve with every passing day. Next I guess my route will be to call the police on him or sue him for the health issues hes causing us daily and time lost in the job.

The Light is set to favor of Dudley Rd. A long wait (one plus minutes) from either Brookwood or Thomas Moore. So no matter how long Dudley has had the right-of-way, the minimum wait will be the one plus minutes. This has changed from from the five to ten seconds minimum wait providing
the Dudley right of way time has expired.

Is it possible to get more police patrols down past Brookwood Swim Club, we have cars parked down there at all hours of the evening and night, we have found used condoms, empty alcohol containers, and needles in the area.

There are constantly people speeding and running red lights during "school zone" flashing periods (before and after school).

Recycling pickup missed again today by Rumpke.
Please get this repetitive problem solved.
I called Rumpke this evening and left a message.

For the past three weeks Rumpke Recycling has skipped all of Creekwood Dr (dul-de-sac to Madonna) and part of Madonna Dr (past Creekwood to cul-de-sac). I have called Rumpke to report it each week, and they usually come out the next day. It's burdensome to have to call every week to have them come to do their job that I pay for. I'm not sure what can be done to fix the problem. Rumpke Customer Service tells me each week that they will "let the route supervisor know so it doesn't happen again", but it continues to be missed.
