very old cart is split and the trash crew just left it. this needs to be picked up immediately and new cart left. and no, it's not the customers job to empty it and turn it upside down on the curb.

Developer/owner piling up garbage instead of dumpster. ongoing nuisance and disrespect for neighbors. trash blowing around in gutters and other yards.

The owner mowed half, randomly, put trash and debris on curb and continues to allow dumping and indigent use.

Landlord / owner has just dumped the house contents on the front yard allowing them to blow around the neighborhood. The pile reeks of waste and is drawing flies, roaches, stray animals, and rodents. This is a health concern. This property is notoriously a nuisance and health concern. Clearly, new renovations haven't changed that fact. We're there permits filed?

backyard is a jungle. trash dumping, indigent camping out and doing drugs. rodents noted beginning to move around to neighbors houses. this is a negligent owner who allows constant trash, indigents, drug activity, and health hazards. please force this owner into environmental court and take the house away or fine enough to correct this behavior. what good are the police or code enforcement when you write off an entire block to not upset the slumlords. this is why actual tax paying home owners are leaving the city. "brilliant at the basics" never happened in Berclair.

public nuisance. slumlord continually allows property to be occupied by indigent people who use it for drug use, litter disposal and loud fights. breaking glass. why doesn't the city prosecute these landlords. the entire block is used this way and MPD and code enforcement do NOTHING! some owners care about our property and values...which pay taxes to the county AND city. clean up and prosecute slumlords!

Every spring/summer this owner allows overgrowth and vines to turn into trees and climbing vines to take over fence lines and power pole between four properties that converge in back corner. All other three keep theirs cut to prevent power and cable disruption, but this owner / slum lord refuses to do so. While MLGW has and will come out and cut, they cannot fine or cite the owner / slum lord / occupant. This ongoing and intentional neglect is a hazard to the surrounding properties.

This IS NOT a yard sale. This has gotten progressively worse for the past 6 months. And typical of Memphis in Berclair, nothing is done. This is not a commercial property but these people are running a junk yard in the front yard. This has drawn rodents (visible by neighbors) and now indigent people are using it for a place to camp and do drugs. It's unsafe to walk by at night. The owner should be hauled into environmental court and sued for public nuisance. This used to be a nice house and now Berclair is being destroyed by the refusal of the city to enforce codes already on the books. This is also decimating the tax base of the city. DO SOMETHING PLEASE!

Extremely rough condition. Appears to have major roof damage and rampant deferred maintenance. Approximately half, or more, of building is uninhabitable due to water damage, deferred maintenance, and missing glass. Much of the building is unsecured and open to the elements. Major health and building code violations present, and worsening with time. Hotel is being leased by night or weekly, with substandard structure needing to be condemned. Please forward reporting to city code enforcement and health department for public nuisance and suggested condemnation. Unsafe for human habitation. Poses serious rodent, health, and disease risk. How does the city justify this remaining open?! Brilliant at the basics?!
