    There is water coming from up the street (even when it does not rain) which is causing excessive ponding up to 4" deep on the street. during the winter this ponding freezes into sheer ice and causes a hazard.

    There is ponding issues at the corner of 20 Field Rd. The town GIS map shows a catch basin in the spot of the ponding, however there is not one visible. I have attached a snip of that GIS Map. Was the catch basin removed or just covered?
