New homeowner is putting in a driveway. This area has alleys and is not zoned for driveways. I received a complaint from a neighbor as I am President of the neighborhood association.

Landlord has consistently dumped in alley for years. Tenants belongings left at this Triplex are dumped in the alley and workers are hired for remodels that also dump in alley. Landlord has been asked in writing by surrounding neighbors numerous times over a period of years to please stop this dumping. They fill recycle bins with construction debris and fill alley dumpster so residents have nowhere to place trash. This needs to end.

note: prior submission for 3815 1st Ave SOUTH was an error.

TECO destroyed 3 sections of my fence leaving my yard compromised. And, they just left it that way, falling over and didn't bother to tell me. No note, no nothing. The way that I found out was that my dog got out! Sure am lucky that nothing happened to her. This is totally unacceptable of TECO. I assume that the City will say call TECO, which I understand, but I still wanted to report it.
