This fellow runs a business out of his home and clogs the streets most every day during the spring. Can he run a business out of his home and disrupt others? does he have a license?

None of the bags or limbs were picked up today. Will they be tomorrow? Thursday is a holiday and the street looks awful. Four or five times this year, our street gets overlooked for curbside service. The green cans are emptied but bags and refuse has been left for up to two additional weeks. Why?

Drainage ditches south of Hickory Hill are clogged with high weeds which can impede drainage. There are two that need attention between bridge and Valley Hill. thanks

I'm writing here, but this is more code/business license probably. The owner of this home runs a tree nursery at this property many weekends. Signs into the neighborhood are put up Friday night and taken down Sunday evening (eyesore) and his "customers" block/clog the street all weekend. 1. Is running a nursery in a neighborhood allowed? 2. Does this person even have a business license? 3. Are you allowed to advertise businesses in a neighborhood?
