154 Prince Street Needham, Massachusetts, 02492 - NeedhamAll 3 catch basins near my home were clogged with debris and failed to drain. Three of us from the neighborhood worked to unclog them- standing in water up to my knees. If we had not been home- our house would have flooded as it did on August 8th. We keep these basins clear- checking them every day. Once the rain hits, they simply fill to the brim with tree limbs and leaves and are incapable of draining.
